1. Contrast ratio

Contrast Ratio (CR) is given by the following formula (1).

L (White)

CR = L (Black) ... (1)

L (White): Surface luminance of the TFT-LCD panel at the input signal amplitude VAC = 0.5V

L (Black): Surface luminance of the panel at VAC = 4.5V

Both luminosities are measured by System I.
