2. The two points “B” of the package are the horizontal reference.

are the height reference.

4. The center of the effective image area relative to “B” and “B'”

is (H, V) = (8.0, 7.1) ± 0.075mm.

5. The rotation angle of the effective image area relative to H and V is ± 1˚.

6. The height from the bottom “C” to the effective image area is 1.41 ± 0.10mm.
