2.11 Character Size Control Command
This command can set the character size in line units (in both the horizontal and vertical directions).
Because this is a 2-byte command, it must be input in 16-bit units even when successively input.

Lines 8 to 11 are omitted
because they overflow from the screen.
The size in the vertical direction (the number of horizontal scanning lines) is the size in field units.
