SRAM SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The SRAM is a 4Mbit asynchronous random ac-

cess memory which features a super low voltage

operation and low current consumption with an ac-

cess time of 70 ns under all conditions. The mem-

low voltage supply, 2.7V to 3.3V, which is the

same as the Flash voltage supply.
