Notes:
1. All capacitors on supply lines are bypass capacitors.
2. C1/C2 are RF coupling capacitors.
3. For Vdd = VddBias = 5.0 V, Idq1 = 50 mA, Idq2 = 150 mA, Idq3 = 248 mA, I_VddBias = 12 mA. These currents enable optimum bias conditions to be
achieved for best linearity for 802.11n signal.
