1 Using Gaussian or raised cosine filtering. The frequency deviation should be chosen to ensure that the transmit-occupied signal bandwidth is within the receiver
IF filter bandwidth.
2 4FSK fDEV is defined as the frequency spacing from the RF carrier to +fDEV or −fDEV. It is also equal to half the frequency spacing between adjacent symbols.
3 Calibration of the image rejection used an external RF source.
