Noise Measures
The cause of PWM driver's noise is the following.
A. Noise from VCC and GND line
B. Radiation noise
Measures of A
Because a high current is generated by the PWM, Lower wiring impedance at driver's power supply
(PVCC) and GND line (PGND) is recommended. This can be achieved by separating the power supply
line of other devices from the main supply to eliminate the common impedance, and connecting it to
another line.
Use electrolytic capacitor with low ESR to power supply pin (PVCC1, PVCC2, PREVCC) of drivers and
GND pin (PGND) to make it stable. Please connect the ceramic capacitor with a high frequency
characteristic directly to the pin (or as close as possible to the IC).
