I Supply voltage input.

Shutdown control pin, low = off , high = normal. Don’t leave
open.
Ground pins of the circuitry, and all ground pins must be
soldered to PCB with proper power dissipation.
O Bypass signal pin in fixed output type device

Note1: These pins do not exist in 3-pin package.
