Command 4 identification code

Sets up display control.

Normal operating mode

Test mode

Erase display RAM (Data is set to 7F hexadecimal.)

Do not stop the LC oscillator circuit.

Stop the LC oscillator circuit.

Reset all registers and turn the display off.

Note

The horizontal display start position is

set by the 6 bits HP0 to HP5.

The weight of bit 1 is 1Tc.

Note

This bit must be zero.

Valid when display is off.

This bit must be zero.

The LSI is reset when the CS pin is low,

and the reset is cleared when that pin

goes high.
