Typical Operating Characteristics
(VIN = (GND - VEE) = 48V, GATE = PGOOD = PGOOD = OUT = OPEN, UVLO = VEE, VDD = 13V, NDRV floating, TA = TMIN to TMAX.
Typical values are at TA = +25°C. All voltages are referenced to VEE (for graphs 111 in the Typical Operating Characteristics); all
voltages are referenced to V- (for graphs 1230 in the Typical Operating Characteristics), unless otherwise noted.
