s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6428/6429/6469 is a Dot Matrix LCD controller
Driver for 12-character 2-line or 24-character 1-line with icon
display(60-icon) maximum by itself. It contains voltage tripler,
bleeder resistance to generate about triple voltage (9V) and
the bias for LCD Driving waveform internally from single power
supply(3V).

for 16-character 1-line maximum by itself.
The rectangle outlook is very applicable to COG or slim
TCP. The NJU6631A realizes replacement from the
NJU6460A.
